Avascular Necrosis treatment by Dr Jagdish Dhake

A 78-year-old female patient had a fracture of the neck of the femur 5 years prior and developed avascular necrosis of the femoral head and secondary arthritis of the hip, leading to fibrous ankylosis. This resulted in an inability to walk for many years and a 3 cm shortening of the leg. However, after undergoing Total Hip Replacement surgery performed by Dr. Jagdish Dhake, the patient was able to achieve equal leg length and mobility of the hip. As a result, the patient was finally able to start walking again after a long period of time.
