A 65-year-old woman was suffering with severe knee osteoarthritis on both sides. Who had varus deformity (bow legs), difficulty in walking, operated left side (single) as patient had co-morbidities.
Left  knee arthroplasty was performed. Patient started walking well after surgery with normal alignment of leg.
