A 60 yr old patient was suffering from bipolar hemireplacement with supero-medial migration of bipolar head. The patient was having bone defect sup-medial and shortening of leg. He was having difficulty in walking, He visited Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon in Pune Dr. Jagdish Dhake for diagnosis. Dr. Jagdish checked the patients condition and suggested Revision surgey bipolar head removal, bone grafting and acetabular cage fixation and conversion to total Hip replacement.
The patient is doing is well after the surgery.
